We elected to use our Noir d’Olive issued from fermented olives in order to exalt the natural aroma of Black Truffle. This is a first!
Your senses will fall in love with the flavor of Noir d’Olive ie: black olives, cocoa, sourdough bread along with intense aromas of real black truffle.

Indulge yourselves with drops on lamb’s lettuce, chickpeas, mashed potatoes, risotto, chestnuts velouté or poached eggs.
